Working Hours

Vontavius Tech Support is open Monday – Friday 10am to 7pm.

We are closed on all National Holidays

Extended holidays closing days are applied to Thanksgiving (Wed-Fri), Christmas (Dec 22-27) and New Year’s (Dec 31-Jan 3)

All communication received after hours on weekend and during holidays will be returned and answered the next available working business day.

Communication

Vontavius Tech Support communicates with clients via email. All clients MUST have an active email address. Please add info@vontaviustechsupport.us to your address book to ensure delivery of our emails. Be sure to check your SPAM folder for initial or missing emails.

We do NOT accept design files or change request via text messaging or social media. Please send all requested files, photos, requests and information via email to info@vontaviustechsupport.us 

Any and communication pertinent to your project should be sent via email.

Please allow up to 72 hours for response to email or client portal messages. 

Turnaround

Please allow a minimum of 14-17 business days for all designs unless otherwise stated in your proposal and/or contract.

Turnaround time is extended if communication with the client is not returned within the allotted time for project.

Rush orders (1-3 Business days) will occur additional fees based upon project details.

Proposals & Contracts

All proposals and contracts are delivered via our invoicing system. You will be notified by email once your project has been confirmed.

Recurring Billing

Vontavius Tech Support offer retainers in monthly formats. All retainers are paid prior to the next month or service..

Monthly Invoicing

The billing date is stated in the proposal and/or subscription notice. Invoices are typically email on the 13th or 17th of each month.

Design / Advertising / Maintenance is limited up-to the amount designated in your contract. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our website. You agree to promptly update your account and information, including email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates so that we can complete your transaction and contact you.

 Most plans by Vontavius Tech Support are set up as automatic billing. There will not be any reminders when your account will renew for another month. By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions you are agreeing to recurring automatic billing.  To continue your membership you don’t need to do anything. Your membership will automatically renew and your credit card will be processed for the next term.

Cancellation Policy

Clients under monthly invoicing are bound by the terms of their contract and may not initiate cancellation until after the contractual term has concluded. Should a client wish to terminate services , they must provide a minimum of 30 days notice prior the expiration of their contract term. Failure to comply with this notice grants Vontavius Tech Support the right to continue to invoice the client for an additional month. Upon completion of the initial contract term, clients will transaction to month to month billing and gain the flexibility to cancel at any time, provided they submit a 30 days advance notice via email or client portal unless client decides to renew for a additional contract term.

General Conditions

Payments

Effective February 1st, 2023

All services under $300 must be paid IN FULL before any project begins. Services over $300 require a minimum 50% non-refundable retainer  with balance due upon completion.

RETAINERS

All retainers are FINAL and NON-REFUNDABLE unless neglect or breach on behalf of Vontavius Tech Support.

Retainers are good for 60 days from paid date. If client has failed to meet their requirements for project to begin, their retainer is forfeited.

Retainers are NON-TRANSFERABLE.

 

General Questions

We are open M-F 10am to 7pm CST and closed on national holidays & weekends. However, you can always send us a email.

Turnaround time for design is 14-17 days, unless otherwise noted. This is for the initial design from Vontavius Tech Support. Completion date is based on client respone.

Email is the preferred & fastest contact method. You may also give us a call at (901) 456-3727. We DO NOT take FINAL design requests, change orders and information via Text Message or Social Media Messaging.

We book projects on a first come, first serve basis every month. if there are currently no open spots left at the time of your inquiry, you will be notified. We do have a waiting list for clients who want to be approved in advance can sign up and pay their retainer which guarantees their spot. Retainers are good for up to 90 days.

Your client portal is a security protected space specifically for your project. You will be able to view your proposal, contracts, and more. Your client portal will be assigned you during the initial stages of your project.

Billing Questions

Payments are made through our invoicing system. We accept debit, credit, ACH & cryptocurrency. We do not accept payments through Cash App, ApplePay, etc.

All services over $600 require a 50% non-refundable deposit to get started and balance due according to your payment schedule. Services under $600 are due upfront unless otherwise stated.

We allow revisions up to the limit included in the client proposal/contracts. Any additional revisions passed the contract limit would be subject to a additional fee.
